Nakamoto and the acceleration of Stacks

Hot off the heels of the Nakamoto upgrade Stacks is now looking to ramp up their adoption as using the chain becomes a much much better experience.

ALEX have just launched their Surge Campaign which is (surprise surprise...) incentivising memecoins.

Now hold your eye rolls. Blockchains are useless without adoption.
Adoption only ever comes with more unique assets being deployed on chain. It would be like trying to sell a new smartphone ecosystem but only having 5 apps to download.
Only Bitcoin has ever been able to get away with doing very little as goes creating new assets on chain, everyone else lives and dies by the number of on chain assets they can attract to their chain.

And this attempt is interesting in that this isn't something Stacks are doing but rather the biggest DEX on Stacks, ALEX are doing and their ROI is a lot clearer than it it's been in the case of similar programs run by blockchain foundations.
In short: ALEX are looking to drive more LPs onto their DEX and, hopefully, more ALEX token paired LPs i.e., LiSTX, LiALEX and ALEX (possibly even LiBTC).
