The adolescence stage is quite overwhelming for most people because it's a stage between being a child and being an adult. And being able to drop some habits while growing can be really difficult. Due to this rapid change that occurs, a teenager is prone to worry about a lot of things and get stressed emotionally and mentally.

As a teenager in high school, there is a high chance of them worrying about their grades. The conventional world has made Us believe that good grades are a sign of achievement and that it has a way of affecting our future. Asides from this, good grades also may affect the way a teenager is being treated in school and at home. Some parents may tend to compare their kids to the bright ones. This can be a source of worry for a teen.

As a teenager, some might fall for the pressure of belonging to a certain social group and this pressure may cause a teen to do things He or she doesn't feel comfortable about. Most cases of smoking and engaging in various activities that are not socially acceptable are a result of teens trying to feel among. This pressure is common among teens.

A teenager's body can be a source of worry due to the cultural norm of society. A body image of a teen can make Him or Her have a feeling of not being accepted in a certain social circle. That is why even as adults people still alter their bodies just to fit in.
Fear of the future:
