We have probably heard the phrase "drink water and mind your business" a thousand and one times, but we get carried away and miss the actual message. Why drink water? and what do you stand to gain always "drinking water"
It's critical to drink enough water each day for your health. By drinking water, you can avoid being dehydrated, a condition that can impair your memory, alter your mood, cause your body to overheat, and result in constipation and kidney stones.
By replacing calorie-containing beverages like sweet tea or ordinary soda with water, which has no calories, you can manage your weight and consume fewer calories overall.
These are some of the advantages of drinking water:

- It helps relieve constipation, as you would experience more comfortable digestion.

- It also improves skin complexion as your skin would feel more moisturized.
Making drinking water a habit would not be easy because as with every habit, it takes time to build. Start out slowly and build up to making sure you consistently get enough water throughout the day.
