3 BAD HABITS that made me to FAIL!!
I'm back today with another personal experience of mine which made me fail over the years, and I've finally discovered a secret which I'm going to share with you how I've nailed it !!
1. PROCRASTINATION: I was unable to switch from thinking to doing for years since I was stuck here.
It was due to laziness, failure anxiety, uncertainty, etc.
Small steps are the only way to break this behavior.
It makes no difference where you begin.
Act modestly while thinking large.
Lesson learned : AIM TO TAKE BABY STEPS
2. GREED: to surpass others
I was always in a rivalry with someone.
I was worried about how people would perceive me.
My time and effort were wasted.
Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) was born as a result.
I started to lose attention and multitask.
In order for us to function at 10%, we must complete 10 tasks per day.
Lesson Learned: CERTAINLY DO ONE THING
3. FEAR: I primarily listened to this voice in my head when things went wrong, which also caused me to consider the past and future.
If you are operating at 33 percent, you are living in the past, present, and future.
DO NOT CENTER ON THE RESULTS BUT THE PRESENT
Finally I've discovered that successful people will turn their actions into HABITS to reach there and here's a simple trick which we can adopt and become one!!
Here are 5 easy steps I took to create excellent habits:
1. Do it for three months, beginning with once each week. 2. Increase to twice weekly for three months. 3. Increase to 3x per week and stick with it for 3 months. 4. You'll start loving it, therefore you won't need step 4 5. If you feel like taking a break, do so. Restart now! Do not rush! It's ok!!!
