This is a topic that affects a lot of people all over the world, Public Speaking fears can come in several forms, such as anxiety, nervousness to even severe fear and panic. People who tend to have the fear of public speaking tend to run away from any form of public speaking in all areas.

- Ensure you are conversant with the topic you want to Present:

When faced with a situation where you have to do a presentation, ensure to cover every possible and necessary detail about the topic you are to present. Also, try as much as possible to get yourself ready for any form of questioning from the audience. Confidence has a way of eliminating our fear of Public Speaking.

-Be properly organized:

Before the presentation day, ensure you have everything you will need in place, and avoid dine minute rushing, the more organized you are, the less likely you are going to be scared of public speaking. A good way to stay organized is to outline your speech points so you don't fall off track while speaking.

-Don't stop practicing your speech:

It is said that practice makes perfect and that is applicable here, keep practicing and seek for feedback from people you are comfortable with so you can improve on your weak sides and before you'd realise you will have your speech fully prepared for.

-Seek solution for your worries:

Do some self examintion and spot out possible things that may contribute to making you get fearful during a speech and tackle each of them without leaving any stone unturned.

-Visualize your Success:

It is said that if you can dream it, you can achieve it, so be able to visualize yourself executing the speech/presentation flawlessly. This has a way of boosting your marale.
