One of the fundamental statutory objectives of trade union is to seek the welfare of its members, in ensuring that its members receive fair share of the wealth the nation which was generated by all workers of which its members are among the creators, through the payment of salaries and wages, bonuses, allowances and other fringe benefits.
It is necessary to remind ourselves again that the terminology of trade union covers all unions both for employers and employees. Each trade unions seeks for its members a fair share of the national wealth for which all are entitled. The national wealth belongs to all. Dignity of labour demands true dedication to one's profession. Workers in other countries have performed wonders through sincere dedication to their professions. We too must perform, there lies our honour for the black race. We ought to change .You too must be a good worker, let's join hands to build a happy society
