How many of you do this while eating? Raise your hands 🙌

All of these trigger distress or fear, and our ENERGY gets immediately directed towards our brain for handling these distressful thoughts & emotions 🧠

The same ENERGY is also responsible for digesting your food 🍛

But if your body’s energy is preoccupied with handling distress, it cannot do the digestion work effectively 🙅🏻‍♀️

Moreover, the violence, distress and fear is also transferred to us, when we are eating 🍽

Instead, here’s what you can do to eat more mindfully:
✅ When you eat, eat. Don’t think about 10 other things.
✅ Pay attention to each bite. Relish it’s flavours & textures.
✅ Eat with your fingers - that makes eating mindfully easier.
✅ Only eat when you’re calm, in a relaxed state of mind.

This all very important things which we have to always focus while eating, dining out or party out.
