How I got away from Anxiety in 5 simple ways

Anxiety is a normal response to stress, but learning healthy coping strategies can make it more manageable.

Here are five common ways I applied to deal with anxiety I was facing with in the past.

1. Practice Deep Breathing:
Slow, deep breaths can help calm your mind and reduce the physical symptoms of anxiety.
Try inhaling for four seconds, holding for four seconds, and exhaling for four seconds.

2. Stay Physically Active:
Regular exercise helps release endorphins, improves mood, and reduces stress. Even a 20–30 minute walk can make a difference.

3. Get Enough Rest
Quality sleep is essential for emotional well-being. Aim for a consistent sleep schedule and create a relaxing bedtime routine.

4. Talk to Someone You Trust
Sharing your thoughts and feelings with a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional can provide support and help you gain perspective.

5. Focus on What You Can Control
Instead of worrying about every possibility, concentrate on the things you can influence. Practicing mindfulness or staying present can help reduce overwhelming thoughts.

The above, were my approaches, they really helped me.
