For this, soak Arjun's bark in a glass of water before sleeping at night. Next morning, heat Arjun bark and water on the gas. Then, prepare a decoction by adding black pepper, basil leaves, ginger, cinnamon etc. to it.
When the decoction is ready, consume it. Consumption of this decoction can be very beneficial in heart disease.
