Do not drink in anemia :

The main reason for anemia is iron deficiency and if you are anemic then you should not drink turmeric milk. This is because it prevents the absorption of iron in the body. When iron is not absorbed in the body, then hemoglobin will decrease.

Do not drink this milk in kidney diseases

If you are suffering from any kind of kidney related problem, then turmeric milk will not be right for you. Avoid drinking this milk in case of kidney stones, kidney swelling, even kidney infection. This is because turmeric contains oxalate which increases the problem of kidney stones.

Avoid even in the problem of low blood sugar:

Turmeric milk should also be avoided by those people whose sugar is low, because the curcumin in turmeric works to reduce glucose from the blood. In such a situation, it can be dangerous for people with low sugar.

Do not drink even with weak digestion:

If a person is suffering from digestive problems like gas, bloating, bloating, heartburn or acid reflux, constipation, indigestion etc., then consuming turmeric milk can increase the problem of upset stomach. Therefore, it is advised to strictly abstain from consuming turmeric milk in case of stomach related problems.

Bleeding disorder:

If you consume turmeric milk, it slows down the process of clotting in the blood. It also increases the risk of bruising and bleeding in people with bleeding disorders. Also, people who are taking blood thinners, they should stop consuming turmeric milk.
