Last days with you

My life has been wonderful for a long time.
You love me, so I have little fears.

As we age and the days fly by, I wouldn't grieve if God took you away.

I wouldn't cry, but that would be a lie since I would sob uncontrollably and wish to die.

I wouldn't want to be me without you because I would go to sleep and then wake up wanting to give you all of my love.

You bring more happiness into my life than you could possibly imagine.
And I wouldn't want to go through this life without you.


You've given me more motivation to live than I ever could have imagined.
I just don't see how I could live without you and lose you now or in the future.

You bring your lovely smile into my life, which I can only go a very short time without.

I enjoy seeing you awaken as it gets light out when it's summer and the mornings are beautiful.

I want to walk with you where no one else is in the autumn when the leaves start to change colors.

I want to cuddle up in bed with you and the moonlight in the winter when there is snow on the ground and everything is so white.



I want to take a moonlight stroll with you and admire your beauty when spring arrives, the days lengthen and the flowers bloom.

When every moon in my life has come and gone
I spent all of my precious time with you, and it was time well spent.

Please know that as I depart this earth, and as my days are drawing to a close, the biggest blessing I have had was your love, the love of my lovely wife.
