Market Note: Where Bitcoin Stands Now
Bitcoin is currently trading in a compression range after a strong impulsive move.
Volatility is contracting. Price is building structure.
1) Structure
Higher timeframe structure remains intact.
Lows are being defended.
No confirmed breakdown yet.
In a true bearish transition, we would expect consistent lower highs and expanding sell-side volume. That is not clearly present at the moment.
2) Liquidity
Equal highs and equal lows are forming inside the range.
This suggests liquidity is building on both sides.
Markets typically move toward liquidity before deciding direction.
The key is not the breakout itself
it’s the reaction after liquidity is taken.
3) Sentiment
No extreme hype.
No panic selling.
Engagement and retail participation appear moderate.
Major expansions often begin during boredom phases, not excitement.
Bias
As long as the last significant higher low holds, the structure leans toward continuation rather than reversal.
A decisive breakdown with volume would invalidate that view.
