Hope you are all doing well! Welcome again to my new article. Today, I would like to discuss random thoughts that often occupy my mind. Sometimes, these thoughts hinder my productivity and affect my daily routine.

Note: This article is also published on my read.cash account.

Now, I think it's time to delve into today's topic. But before I begin, if you haven't checked out my previous articles, I encourage you to do so.

So, without wasting time let’s come to our topic. Today my topic is “Random Thoughts: In my Mind”.
Let’s Start our article:-

Random Thoughts: In my Mind

Yesterday, I posted on noise.cash expressing my struggle to find a topic for writing an article. Fortunately, someone suggested writing about random thoughts, so here I am with my random musings.

Out of Thoughts

Those who have known me for a long time already understand that I often face the challenge of being out of thoughts. You might wonder what that means.
Let me explain: it's a state where you become thoughtless, unable to string together even a single word(I'm actually talking about writer's block). This situation has occurred with me many times. About four months ago, I was extremely active on noise.cash, making 13 to 15 posts daily. I would engage my brain all day in creating posts and commenting on other users' profiles.

At times, I face the situation of being out of thoughts. All my thoughts become thoughtless, and it feels like someone is beating my brain like a drum. But I also know why all this happens: when I do a lot of work in a single day without taking any rest, this tends to happen the next day.

Yesterday, I faced this situation in a very different way. Before sharing that, let me tell you about my routine for writing articles. Every day, I wake up early in the morning to write an article because, as you all know, in the early morning your brain and mind are fresh. You have good thoughts, and there's no stress. So, every day, I write an article early in the morning and then wait for the evening to post it. There's no logic behind publishing an article in the evening; I just go to sleep after publishing it because I have a habit of repeatedly checking for notifications. I think everyone loves the red bell notification on Bulb.

Yesterday Situation

Yesterday, I faced the same situation because I didn’t get much rest the previous night. I had been watching series all night, so when I woke up in the morning, my mind felt dull. I opened my laptop and tried to start writing, but as soon as I began, my hand stopped, and I closed my eyes, struggling to think of what to write. I spent nearly three hours with my eyes closed, even though my laptop was still on my lap, but I couldn’t come up with any ideas for a topic. Eventually, I turned off the laptop, deciding to take a break for the day and spent time using Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and so on.

After refreshing my mind with entertainment for four or five hours, I began to feel motivated again and decided not to waste my day doing nothing. So, I reopened my laptop and suddenly thought of a topic. After that, I wrote an article of over 900 words without any hesitation or overthinking

Ending Thoughts

The conclusion of this article is that our mind also needs rest. Our mind cannot handle too much burden at once and also requires complete rest. First and foremost, we should prioritize our health.
That's it.
I hope you enjoyed the article. Have a great day. Stay safe and happy always!
