Why I am not going to travel with Flix Bus again

At the end of July, after coming back from my trip to Croatia and Montenegro, I sent the following email to Flix Bus customer service 
 
Dear Madam or Sir
 
I am writing you the following text because my wife and I, who usually travel by Flix Bus, were not satisfied and comfortable with our recent trip.
 
Yesterday, we traveled from Dubrovnik to Kotor with your co-partner bus company, Jadran Ekspres, with the bus CHR 141. We have the following problems and issues to report about:
 

  1. The driver charged extra for hand luggage, which, according to him and Jadran Ekspres, is considered as travel luggage. We had to pay 4 EUR for our two smaller backpacks despite hand luggage being included in the price we paid via your website.

 
2. The driver started the trip around 1805 despite the starting time being 1730. This is because he charged extra for all passengers who had backpacks and smaller suitcases that were otherwise are considered as hand luggage.
 
3. The WC/toilet was locked, causing significant discomfort to my wife and several other passengers. As per your website, this situation was further exacerbated by the fact that all Flix buses, including those operated by your partners, must be equipped with a toilet for passenger use.
 
4. The driver made a break in Herceg Novi, which was supposed to be 15 minutes, but around 30-40 minutes instead. We arrived in Kotor around 2200, while on our ticket, it was stated that the estimated time was to arrive in Tivat around 2000. We understand that there are border checks between the EU and Montenegro. Still, in that case, you should be more precise and honest with your information.
 
5. Because of this negative experience, we plan to cancel our return trip and buy a ticket with another company. We would like to hear whether we can have a comfortable and safe trip back to Dubrovnik on Sunday this week. What measures are you going to take regarding Jadran Ekspres?
