- Real estate: You can get into real estate, either acquire legit lands yourself or partner with legit well know companies in your state with proof of work. Buy early and plenty and wait for development. (high capital and time factor)

- Agricultural: i would suggest non living aspect of agriculture, like cassava processing, soybean processing etc.

- Production: produce what people use everyday of their lives that doesn't perish? eg? water proof, drinking water. perishable but everyday use? bread production.

- Tech: Pos Agency. finding high traffic location and mount about 10 different pos agency there could net you 300k monthly after costs. (thats if you don't incur loses)

- Housing/rental/apartment and hoteling: if you're rich, you should build for people to live in, rental or shortlets. its lucrative and your property is still yours.
