Good Morning Bulb Family!

I hope you're all having a lovely day! Today, I'm going to talk about my health and share the kinds of foods I include in my daily diet. I decided to write about this because I'm feeling well today, and I thought it would be a good time to discuss it.

I thought I'd share about my health, as there might be a doctor here who can provide some insights into my condition.

Update About my daily routine

Let me start by telling you about my day. I woke up early this morning because I had an early class at the university. After waking up, I took a bath as usual. Then, I had to wait for my friend who also was taking a bath, but he took unusually long to finish. Because of this delay, we arrived at class about half an hour late. Our professor stopped us at the door and asked why we were late, noting that everyone else was present. As usual, I chuckled and replied, "Sorry, sir, we were stuck in traffic."

A Day at the University

After attending two back-to-back classes, I was finally free. However, I soon realized it was Friday and time for my prayers. After offering my Friday prayers, I returned to the hostel to rest for a bit before attending another class in the afternoon. Post-class, I completed my evening prayers and decided to write an article. Unfortunately, as soon as I pressed the power button, my laptop began updating its system and features. It instructed me to wait, which I found incredibly frustrating. I almost decided to skip writing the article altogether, but as you know, my mood can change quickly. Once the updates were complete, I was ready to start writing today's article.

Now, I think it's time to delve into today's topic. But before I begin, if you haven't checked out my previous articles, I encourage you to do so.

Stomach is burning

Before I discuss my current diet, let me share a bit about my health from a few years ago. Back when I lived in my village, I only consumed healthy food; there was no junk food in my life. Everything we ate was homemade, and I had no health issues at all. However, my health took a turn for the worse when I moved to Lahore for my studies. Eating food from the mess here wreaked havoc on my stomach. Before I go into detail about what exactly happened, let me first tell you about the issues I faced with my stomach during the previous semester.

Reflection on Past Dietary Habits

One morning, as my friends and I were having breakfast, someone asked me what I was eating. If you're curious, it was quite the unusual combination: an oily bread roll with a Coke. Imagine having that for breakfast! Later that day, I had spicy boiled fries, followed by a Zinger burger in the afternoon, and for dinner, pizza and nuggets. I continued this routine for a whole month. Believe it or not, I didn't have a single meal with bread at night throughout that entire month; it was all junk food.

Surprisingly, I didn't face any health issues during that time. I was actually quite proud of my robust health, thinking I was perfectly fine. But when I returned to my room and finally cut out the junk food, the change in my diet really affected my digestion. It was an ordeal I can hardly describe.

Consequences of Dietary Changes

I spent months suffering through the night and day, every time I sat or lay down, my stomach would burn as if it were on fire. This went on for six months, and each day was a struggle. However, just before returning to Lahore this month, my health finally stabilized. Unfortunately, once I arrived and started using hotel water and eating dinner from hotels again, my stomach began to burn once more, even though I hadn't touched any junk food.
These days, my diet is minimal: one oily bread roll with an omelet and a cup of tea in the morning, and that's all I consume for the entire day. At night, I eat whatever the hostel mess provides, which varies between vegetables and non-vegetarian dishes. Despite this, since yesterday, I have been unable to sleep or sit comfortably again.
