Can our life be such that whatever happens, whatever our life is, even if there is sadness, but still you remain happy inside. And is it possible to be happy always? So see, nowadays we become so busy in our work that stress and anxiety have started increasing and in such a situation you get stuck somewhere, that is, do any work but in most of the work you will get only sadness.

We become so busy that we don't pay any attention to ourselves, so when you go anywhere and anytime in complete sadness, such thoughts definitely come to your mind that can we be happy all the time? Is there a way that we can always be happy? So friends, today I am sharing some thoughts on this with you -

This word Happiness is a small word to pronounce, but to bring it into your life in a proper way, you should deal with it very intelligently. You will have to put effort in the right direction.

So for this you will have to conquer your thought process. Meaning, you should have complete control over your thinking. It is not the case that if one conquers one's thought process, one will remain happy throughout one's life.

This is a never ending process that you will always have to conquer your thought process i.e. thinking in different situations all the time. Because a situation like this is not going to happen every day, all the time.

You have to filter your thoughts. I have to look into my mind and see what I am saying to myself internally. Happiness is created from there. Happiness is what your attitude is towards your life. It means how you see your life, your point of view.

Happiness is how you explain what is happening to you, not to anyone else but to yourself. And explaining about happiness and whatever is happening to you makes a lot of difference.

Happiness in your life comes from how you explain happiness, how you are looking at life, what you are saying to yourself internally.

If you want, you can look at yourself in the mirror and say, "My nose is like this, my eyes are like this, I am like this, I am like that, whatever... If you want, you can also say that if you want, Man, what a genius of nature, this is a wonder...

Meaning you can say anything. The way you speak to yourself, the words you use for yourself alone in your mind, is a kind of magic.

Most people do not know this. If you keep speaking the same kind of words, keep speaking, keep speaking, then after a few days you will start feeling exactly the same way. As you feel, your behavior will be the same, habits will be formed in the same way, actions will be taken in the same way and the same results will start coming. Everything will start happening in the same way in life. And you will start thinking like that all the time.

But 99% people do not understand how it works like magic. And their black magic is going on. That means you can also call it negative thinking. That something inside itself is saying to itself, sitting alone, oh man, my life is bad. Where you say to yourself that my life is useless, his life is good, he can be anyone, that very life starts getting spoiled.

You will gradually get trapped. Now you are falling down from here. And where you fall, what is that called sorrow? It is called Sadness and if it keeps increasing then it is called Depression, Anxiety, Fear.

And if you are using words correctly in your mind about yourself and others. If you are looking at the world in the right way, if you are explaining it in the right way, then what comes out from there is called happiness.

We have two ways to act -

There Is A Way To Act


Let us act to be happy.

That is, if I have to crack the entrance, then I am happy, otherwise I am worried, I should find this person, if I find him then my life is set, if not, my life is ruined. This is how we live. So this is a way to live life, that is, work to be happy, work to be happy and achieve something, if you achieve that then become happy and then become sad for some time.

Because then try to achieve something else and then run away. This is a way, that is, keep struggling to be happy till your death. First the struggle to connect with someone and then the struggle to steal from them, first you have to impress them and then you have to steal them, this keeps going on, what to do now? Now I want to separate from him but cannot, what should I do now? I am stuck, which means I remain stuck here.

What is its starting point - sadness, all this goes on in your mind - 'Now I am sad, now I am incomplete, now I am stupid, now I am unsuccessful, so I have to be successful, I have to be complete. 'To become this, I have to do this.' If that happens then I will rise in the eyes of the world, otherwise I will fall or fall, this is a way for you to act.

What Is The Other Way


'If You Understand Deeply Who You Are?' - So from there the starting point changes, now you don't need anything else to be happy. If you are happy in this very moment, then whether you do anything or not, now act from that happiness. Meaning, now be happy 24 hours and do something happily, if you have to do something happily then do it, if you don't have to do it then don't do it. Do you have to pay someone's father's debt? Think like this, do you understand? If you have to do it then do it happily, if you don't have to do it then don't do it happily.

What is the difference between doing something or not doing something?


Right now the first method is there, the way the world is living, you cannot be happy at both the places. You will do something, there is competition, there is fighting, there is fighting, there is this, there is that, then as soon as something is not happening according to you, there you will continue to be unhappy. Secondly, if you are told not to do anything for some time, then also you will become more unhappy, because your mind has become restless.

So people are unhappy even while doing something because when they do, many things happen which are not happening as per our wish, there they also become unhappy. They become more unhappy by not doing anything, they should be told not to do anything and sit here for ten days. Just sit quietly with me in the meditation camp, within ten minutes you will be out of breath - 'What is happening? What kind of thoughts are coming in my mind? So neither are people able to sleep peacefully, nor are they able to get up and work with vigor. For what reason because the foundation itself is wrong.

Do all the systems of our life work wrongly?


Yes absolutely, our education system, the entire atmosphere of the house, that entire structure is useless. From there itself the beginning is made that you are an idiot and you have to do something to rise in our eyes, so the beginning itself is with sadness.

For example, if the foundation of a building is bad, or if the seed of a tree is bitter, then whatever you do to that tree, it will remain bitter. Just like there is salt, mix it in anything anywhere, mix it in milk, mix it in water, mix it in cold drinks, whatever you mix it in will also become salty, this salt is like sorrow.

Where Should Life Begin?


Wherever you add sugar, there will be fun, so life should start with sweetness... "In this moment whether I am doing something or I am not doing anything, I am feel with happiness 24/7" From here You should get started. Sometimes such a situation comes in life when you are unable to do anything even if you want to, there is some physical problem related to health, you are lying on the bed for ten days, even then you are enjoying it. .. You are happy, did you understand? It means that you are enjoying every state of life completely. This word named happy is in our mind only, if you understand it well in your mind then you can live happily all your life.

Can problems never arise in our lives?


Problems will keep coming in our life as long as we are alive, if instead of being sad due to that problem, we learn to be happy, then we can solve even the biggest problems easily. You try this practically, I am saying this, so don't do it, go into your own mind and see. This means you should be happy 24/7 and enjoy every second of life... Who knows, if something happens in the next second, there will be nothing left to do.

And most of all, you should stop thinking that if you are doing some work, what will people think, the day you stop thinking this, you will be able to live a happy life, leave these people because it is people's work. It's like they keep watching everything what you are doing and where you are going and keep saying something or the other.

So leave people aside, think about yourself, you will enjoy living life.
