Layer 0 protocols are the base layer of all blockchain protocols, serving as a communication system that enables different protocols to converse with one another as long as they share the same Layer 0 solutions. Some Layer-0 blockchains, like Analog Network, are building solutions to facilitate interoperability without having a common Layer-0 solution. Interoperability is crucial in the blockchain industry, and Layer 0 protocols play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication among different blockchain networks.  

 With blockchain networks built on the same Layer 0 protocol, they can interact with each other by default, enhancing transaction speeds, greater efficiency, and a better user experience.
