We all want to be happy in our life, but we all get sadness in our life. There is no person in this world who can say that he has never faced any sorrow in his life. People who remain happy in this world are because they have changed their attitude towards suffering.

So let us know about 5 such measures which we can adopt in our life to remain happy.

1.)Giving Up One's Uncontrolled Desires:-

Desires dominate our lives. We have many
desires in our mind, which we want to fulfill. And when they are not fulfilled, we become disappointed and sad. The web of desires is so strong that even at the time of death, only one last desire remains. This does not mean that we should give up all our desires. We just have to protect our desires from going out of control.

We have to understand the difference between our needs and desires. And if despite your efforts you are not able to fulfill any of your wishes, then do not be sad. You keep trying with enthusiasm without getting sad. We have to make our life simple and ordinary. Because the more simple and ordinary our life is, the less our desires will be and we will be able to be happy.

And if you are not comfortable in reducing your desires, then at least do not link them with your happiness… If they are fulfilled then it is good, if not then it is also good… I will be happy.

2.)AbanAbandonment Of Hopes:-

We have a lot of expectations from our life. We have many expectations from our children, our friends, our family members. And we feel sad when they do not perform as per our expectations.

We help our friends and think it will help me when I need it. But when you are in need and your friend does not help you, you become sad. So don't get your hopes up. If you have done good to others, then good will also happen to you, but leave it to God as to who will do this good, when and how. Whatever good you did to someone is your nature, whatever the other person did is his nature. By not having expectations, even if nothing good happens to you, you will still be happy. will be able to be happy.

3.)Let Go Of Bitter Experiences:-

We all have many bitter experiences in our lives. But the sooner you remove them from your mind, the happier you will be.

I have heard some people saying that that person has insulted me so much that I can never forget him for the rest of my life. If you cannot forget him throughout your life then you are doing harm to yourself. It is possible that the person who said that thing may be forgetting it and living peacefully and you may be harboring feelings of vengeance in your mind and making yourself unhappy continuously. Therefore, the bitter experiences of your life should be removed from your mind as soon as possible.

Remember, bitter experiences are like acid which renders useless the vessel that holds them. So forget them and move forward in life, a happy life is waiting for you with open arms.

4.)Get Used To Living In The Present:-

We cannot change what has been done in the past. We will have to suffer its consequences. So whether the result is good or bad, accept it with a smile. Do not worry about the future because the future is the result of the present.

5.)Help Others As Much As You Can:-

Try to help others regularly in your life. It is said – “Art of living is Art of giving”

So friends, life is priceless. Don't make it complicated. Keep it simple and make the most of every moment, always be happy, help others. Be happy.
