Two financial giants, BlackRock and Fidelity Investments, have spearheaded a massive wave of investment into Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), marking one of the biggest days in crypto investment history.

In just one day, according to Bitmex Research data, Bitcoin ETFs attracted $340 million in investment, a staggering figure that demonstrates investor confidence in Bitcoin as a viable investment asset.

BitMEX data shows that BlackRock's IBIT led with a significant inflow of $224 million, increasing its total ownership to $4.8 billion.

Behind it, Fidelity's FBTC ETF recorded net inflows for six consecutive days exceeding $100 million, with $119 million inflow increasing its total to $3.4 billion. ARKB by Ark Invest saw an inflow of $102 million on February 14.

GBTC Experiences Further Outflows

As reported by BitMEX, the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) observed further outflows of $131 million, reaching a total outflow of $6.7 billion. Despite these outflows, the total net inflows for all Bitcoin ETFs reached an impressive $4.1 billion, evidence of their increasing popularity.

These massive investments are not just numbers in financial reports; they are strong indicators of positive market sentiment and acceptance of Bitcoin among institutional investors. With the influx of institutional funds, Bitcoin and other crypto assets are increasingly seen as an integral part of the global financial landscape.

Meanwhile, a separate report by crypto asset manager CoinShares outlines the weekly fund movements through crypto asset-based investment products. The report reveals inflows of $1.115.9 billion over the past week. CoinShares mentions that this figure contributes to this year's inflows of $2.7 billion.

Significantly, Bitcoin accounts for nearly 98% of the inflows, totaling $1.089 billion, according to CoinShares. In addition, small inflows were observed in Avalanche (AVAX), Polygon (MATIC), and Tron (TRX), which collectively recorded.
