Here are 5 tips to stay healthy. The health is a very important thing in our life. Every one want to stay healthy and fit. For being healthy we need to follow some tips. People eat food which are not good for their health. They eat junk food which is harmful for their health. The children are also eating junk food which make them ill. To stay healthy we must leave these things. Below are the some tips to stay healthy:

1. Eat a Balanced Diet
We must eat balanced diet. Including fresh vegetables and fruits. A balanced diet helps us to stay healthy.

2. Avoid Junk Food
We should avoid junk food as they are not good for health. We must eat only healthy things. Children should also avoid junk food.

3. Do Exercise daily
Doing exercises daily also help us to stay healthy. We should do a minimum of 15 minutes exercises daily to stay healthy. 

4. Drink plenty of water
Drink water daily in a plenty amount. Don't drink less water. Drink as much as you can.

5. Avoid smoking
Don't smoke. For staying healthy avoid doing such things. These things are very harmful for health.
