Failure and fear are ubiquitous. Everyone must have experienced fear or failure in their personal or professional lives.
I will be sharing some true experiences of how to channel fears, embrace failures, and attain freedom to start our transformational journeys in my daily series of stories.
5 ways that my years of mind programming FAILED?
1.Made an effort to uplift myself by reading inspirational material and hanging out with upbeat individuals.
Because I wasn't consistent, I failed.
The mind needs to frequently consume uplifting information, just like we need to ingest nourishment.
Negativity has a stronger effect than positive.
2. I constantly heard two voices in my head, one of which warned that horrible things would happen.
The other would predict positive outcomes.
I would only listen to the negative.
I had not attempted it previously or failed before because I believed I would fail.
I had to learn to ignore the unpleasant voice.
3. I was unable to duplicate my successes in one area when I had them in another.
I had no idea it was even feasible to duplicate success.
4. I was unable to change my unhealthy habits or acquire new healthy ones.
I was helpless.
These patterns have triggers that cause them to begin because I was unaware they were patterns.
As soon as I discovered the patterns and triggers. Change became simple.
5. I lacked attention, I was inconsistent, and I often got bored.
One day, I was chatting on the phone with a friend while strolling through a bustling market.
My friend said you have incredible attention; not even the people could get in the way of you talking on the phone.
I understood that all I needed to do was reproduce my level of focus in other areas of my life.
