Chicken is a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, notably niacin and selenium. It also contains high amounts of riboflavin, vitamin B12, phosphorus, and zinc and smaller amounts of several other nutrients is this fragrant, crackly, sweet, salty, easily devourable, easily doubled or tripled meal that you can serve to family and friends. At once rustic and sophisticated because it's a whole bird. And boy it tastes good, too.

Every once in a while, chicken roast; especially the ones they carry in wedding. Ah i miss home :(. Since, I do not get to attend as many weddings here in the United States and also so far none has served my beloved Chicken Roast, I had to learn it by my own. It also contains high amounts of riboflavin, vitamin B12, phosphorus, and zinc and smaller amounts of several other nutrients.. Until the late 19th century, roasting by dry heat in an oven was called baking. Roasting originally meant cooking meat or a bird on or in front of a fire, as with a grill or spit. It is one of the oldest forms of cooking known.


Things you will need:
Fresh Chicken breast: 2 lbs
1 egg
2 table spoons cumin-corriander powder
1 table spoon chicken curry masala
Salt (according to your taste)
1 table spoon red chili powder
3 table spoon corn flour
1 table spoon all purpose flour
3-4 cups oil
2 tea spoons turmeric
2 table spoons ginger-garlic paste
1 table spoon soy sauce
3 table spoon lime juice
Direction:
Cut chicken breast in small cubes. Add all of the above mentioned ingredients EXCEPT oil and give everything a good mix.
Cover the mixture with a clear plastic foil or a plate and put it aside for an hour.
After an hour, heat the oil and fry chicken in a medium heat (this is very important, make sure to fry chicken slowly).
Take out chicken when it is red and crispy in consistency.
Eat :) Serve it with ketchup or any kind of chutney...
