It can be seen in many people that when they don't have rice in their diet, they feel they haven't eaten properly.
On the other hand, some people even refrain from eating rice every day. I know all about it

Rice for Breakfast

Many people feel the need to have a heavy meal for their first meal of the day. That's why they eat rice in the morning. This is especially evident in some states in North East India. And in some countries like Japan, rice is always a part of breakfast.

It keeps them full for hours and gives them energy. However, many people wonder whether eating rice in the morning is really a good habit.

Rice is a source of energy

It can be seen in many people that when they don't have rice in their diet, they feel they haven't eaten properly. On the other hand, some people even refrain from eating rice every day.

However, experts say you shouldn't be afraid to eat rice every day. It contains a lot of carbohydrates and is therefore a source of energy.

Rice is a nutritious food when eaten with vegetables such as peas, beans, carrots, spinach and pumpkin. Rice of any color has nutrients and is high in folic acid (brown rice is good).

When is the best time to eat rice?

Experts say most of your daily carbohydrate intake should be consumed earlier in the day. This is the time when your body is more active and needs more energy.

For people who want to control their weight or who suffer from diabetes, eating rice in the morning can help prevent spikes in blood sugar (a symptom of high blood sugar levels).

However, it must be consumed in moderation and as part of a balanced diet, only then can rice be effective as a nutritious food. For the evening, it's best to skip rice for dinner so it doesn't weigh you down before bed.
