Since galxe requires authentication and you proving documents about your project and what your galxe account will be all about, scams don't usually launch on this platform. To put it simple, Galxe OATs (on-chain achievement tokens) are a digital record of all your life’s achievements.
There are two ways of claiming an OAT which are gasless(gas fee paid by the project) campaigns or quests and the gas campaigns. In some cases, after completing the tasks, you may be required to pay for the minting of the OAT due to some factors like the project had more turnout than expected and the gasless oat was minted out really fast or the project never paid for the gas fees at all.

The more oats the claim, the more consumed your deposit will be.
