Depression can be a combination of biological, psychological and social sources of distress.
To conquer depression, one has to Seek the support of a mental health professional. This is usually a very good first step when facing depression symptoms. When you seek a mental health professional, they will provide you an accurate diagnosis and help you to develop a treatment plan suitable for your needs. To conquer depression you have to practice something’s which includes Exercising, meditation, avoid staying in doors alone for too long, improve your self esteem, read novels, keep a journal, connect with love ones, start something creative, set and achieve specific goals, avoid negative thoughts, take responsibilities, get enough sleep, get busy, eat healthy food, connect with people, pray, read your bible, avoid alcohol and drugs, start something new, be around people, drink enough water, change routines to frequently, help someone else, have enough rest, watch motivational movies, join a talk therapy session, know when you need to seek for help.
Depression is a stage most people find themselves when they are mourning a loved one or something else.
Depressed people are smiling at you on the road and then gets home and begins to feel all the weights.
