Cooking is not just a process of making food. Cooking is a language of expressing love. The person who cooks pours a little of their heart into every touch of their hands, into every measurement of spice, into every moment of waiting. Today, when I sat down to eat the chicken my sister cooked, I felt exactly that. The taste of the food was good, but even better was the taste of love mixed into every single bite.

Today my sister cooked chicken. The words may sound very simple. But when the plate was placed in front of me, it felt like this was not just chicken. It was a piece of my sister's love. The deep red brown gravy, the soft pieces of meat drowned inside it, a single bay leaf resting on top, and the smell of spices spreading all around, together it made a wonderful sight. Just looking at the picture, anyone could tell how much care went into this cooking.

My sister loves to cook. Since childhood she used to stand beside our mother in the kitchen. When mother cooked, she would watch carefully, learn, and sometimes help with small tasks. That little girl today handled the whole cooking by herself. Thinking about this makes me very happy. Time passes so quickly, and we grow up so fast, today I understood this again.

When I took the first bite, a strange feeling came over me. The taste of the spices, the richness of the gravy, the softness of the meat, everything was perfect. I do not know how she cooked so beautifully, but I can say with certainty that behind this there was not only a recipe, there was love. Because without love, no cooking ever turns out this delicious.

In my sister's cooking I noticed some special things. First, the pieces of meat were very soft. Many times when chicken is cooked it becomes hard, but she cooked it perfectly. Second, the gravy was very thick, but it was not overloaded with spice. It was clear that she added each spice in the right amount. Third, the colour of the cooking was a perfect golden brown, which looked very attractive. These three things prove that she cooked with a lot of care.

While I was eating, my mind went back to childhood memories. We brothers and sisters always ate together. Mother cooked, and we all sat together and ate. Those days were so beautiful. Today maybe we have grown up, times have changed, but that love and that bond has not changed at all. Today, eating my sister's cooking, I felt that childhood feeling again.

I asked my sister, how did you cook so beautifully. She smiled and said, I cooked with love. The words are very small, but inside them a big truth is hidden. When we do any work with love, the result of that work also becomes good. Cooking, writing, studying, working, whatever we do, if there is love, it becomes something different.

My sister's cooking did not just fill my stomach, it also filled my heart. The taste of the food was good, and so was her care and love. I know she worked very hard to make this. How long she ground the spices, how long she stood beside the stove, how many times she opened the lid to check if the meat was soft. The result of all these small efforts is today's beautiful meal.

I think behind every cooking there is a story of a person. Behind my sister's cooking there is also a story. She perhaps thought, today I will cook something good for my brother. From that thought she made this. And that thought itself turned this food from ordinary into extraordinary.

Today is a very special day for me. Because today I did not just eat chicken, I tasted love. I understood that food cooked by the hands of family members tastes different. There is not only spice in it, there is affection, there is care, there is love. These three things make food delicious.

I want to thank my sister. Thank you for cooking so beautifully. Thank you for taking so much care. And thank you for keeping so much love for our family. I want her to always keep cooking like this, and for us to always sit together and eat. Because food is not just for filling the stomach, it is the joy of eating together, it is the bond of relationships, it is the expression of love.

In the end I will only say this, respect those who cook. Because they do not just make food, they make love. And those who eat that food should show gratitude. Because behind every bite there is someone's hard work, someone's care, someone's love. Today I felt that love. The chicken cooked by my sister's hands, and with it countless memories, love, and the bond of family.
