From the beginning of our lives, we are thrown into a world where nothing is gained without trying-working hard. As time goes by, we see a lot of our efforts compeletely worthless. We face a lot of failures. And after every single time we say the words "I will change." thinking the world changes when we change. We start to lean on the so-called fact that we are frail and withered and this is who we are/we just can't achieve. But it's always been about one thing: Breaking the habit.

I will change. It only means adjusting to this cold world, admitting defeat. But the thing is, it's not you that needs to change, it's your habits when all you can see is a hopeless future.
It's common for people after a defeat, saying I won't ever do these mistakes again and keep on doing the same things. Which leads to failure and self hate in the end. Once the self hate starts to crawl in, it's getting more and more complex and harder to get back on track. We need to break this.

Do what you can't. Do what you don't want. Go for a walk at 4 a.m. Sleep 5 hours. Study hard. Is it hard for you? Then study harder.
You need do to what is unusual. I've been there many times. I know it's never too late. The first step is preparing your mental for it. This is why you need to train it doing the things you hate. You need to get out from this cycle.
People like this dont get angry when they fail, they get sad. You need to start bristling up. When you fail, it should only motivate you to try it again and succeed this time. Not accepting it.
When we're mentally ready for it, we should pass to the next step. This time, we will use special methods which shall restore us physically and mentally.
This is how you start breaking the habit. P.S: Step-2 will continue.
