Continuation of STREET FOOD (PART -1) 

DAHI BHALLA/VADA - DAHI VADA IS A NORTHERN DISH WHICH IS MOSTLY TO BE CONSUMED IN THE SUMMER SEASON . VADAS ARE MADE OF URAD DAL. AND ONCE THE VADAS ARE MADE IT IS SOAKED IN COLD DAHI. THIS IS ALSO KNOWN AS FORM OF CHAAT. THE DAHI VADAS ARE SERVED WITH SPICES   CORIANDER LEAVES AND MINT AND SWEET CHUTNEY. Tell me in the comments if u ever had this. 

KANJI VADA - KANJI VADA IS A RAJASTHANI DISH AND SERVED MOSTLY DURING THE FESTIVALS.  WHEREAS THERE ARE SOME HAWKERS WHO SELL THIS FOOD IN THE STREETS OF INDIA.  THIS IS A SPICY DRINK MADE WITH ASOFETIDA , RED CHILLI , BLACK PEPPER, ROCK SALT ETC. AND IT IS SERVED WITH VADA MADE OF MOONG DAL.  IT IS TANGY SWEET AND SPICY AT THE SAME TIME. 

MOMOS - MOMOS ARE BITE SIZE DUMPLINGS MADE WITH A SPOONFUL OF STUFFING WHICH IS WRAPPED IN DOUGH . AND DOUGH IS MADE OF MAIDA. WHEREAS STUFFING CAN BE MADE OF VEGETABLES AS WELL AS MEAT . USUALLY MOMOS ARE STEAMED THOUGH THEY CAN ALSO BE PAN FRIED ., STEAM FRIED, DEEP FRIED. IN DIFFERENTS PARTS OF INDIA IS SERVED WITH DIFFERENT CHUTNEYS BUT MOSTLY IT IS SERVED WITH SPICY CHUTNEY .
