Today I will share with you the recipe for making "Egg Pitha".



How are you all? I hope you are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine. It has been raining for a long time due to which the weather is very cold. Because of which the mind was doing back and forth. In fact, oil-fried pitas cannot be eaten during summer. So I didn't miss eating pie in such cold weather. However, today's pitha recipe is "Egg Pitha" which is very easy to make and very fun to eat. The outer side of this pitha is very soft and the inner side is very soft to eat. Earlier in village weddings such egg pithas were made to be given to groom's house and the pithas were cut in different designs and the pithas looked and felt quite beautiful. But now that pithas are made for home consumption, a lot of shortcuts have been taken.


Necessary materials:


sugar

rice powder

salt

the oil

the egg


Method of preparation:


Step-1:

First mix sugar and two eggs well.





Step-2:

Then add dry rice powder to the egg.



Step-3:

Now mix everything together to make a dough.



Step-4:

After that, I will roll it like bread.



Step-5:

Then cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.



Step-6:

Then heat oil in a pan.


Step-7:

When the oil is hot, I will add the pitas cut into it.



Step-8:

After frying the pitas in oil for a while, when they turn brown, take them down.


Step-9:

And when it is prepared like this, the eggs are on the cake.
