We can say that the story of "The Lord of the Rings", which is mentioned as the story of the century, is simply based on a ring and the conflicts of good and evil (such as Gandalf x Saruman and Elves x Orgs). So what makes it so different? Just as we can understand the culture of which race an object belongs to thanks to the details, the meticulous work done while writing and shooting The Lord of the Rings is aimed at establishing Middle Earth in exactly this kind of culture. In my opinion, what makes The Lord of the Rings unique is the meticulously crafted culture that you can see throughout the novels and movies and the reality that lies behind this culture, and it would not be wrong to call this reality Tolkien's experiences.
