Home Remedies For Anaemia: If you get tired quickly while doing some work, while climbing the stairs, you start getting breathless, there is often darkness in front of the eyes, the nails along with the eyes remain yellow, hair is falling more than normal. If yes, then all these signs point towards lack of blood in the body i.e. anemia. This problem occurs due to iron deficiency in the body. So if you are also facing all these problems, then you can try the remedies given here.

1- In case of anemia, drinking a red beetroot juice mixed with half a lemon juice in breakfast is beneficial.

2- Raisins and dates are good sources of iron. Eating 4 raisins and 10 dates daily in breakfast provides relief from anemia.

3- Spinach is no less than a medicine for people suffering from anemia. Iron can be increased up to 20 percent in the body by its daily intake.

4- Drinking one apple juice mixed with two tablespoons of honey daily does not cause anemia in the body. Eating an apple daily is also beneficial.

5- Mixing one lemon juice and one tablespoon honey in a glass of water daily is beneficial.

6- By eating a handful of sprouted soybeans daily, the difference is visible within a few days.

7- Consuming 50 grams of jaggery and 100 grams of gram daily is also beneficial in case of anemia.


8- There is no shortage of blood in the body even by consuming figs daily.

9- Fenugreek seeds contain a good amount of iron. So soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water every night. Sieve them in the morning and drink. Will get benefit.

10- Eating a ripe banana with a tablespoon of honey in breakfast daily does not cause iron deficiency.

11- Drinking pomegranate juice along with breakfast in the morning is also beneficial.

12- Drinking water kept in a copper vessel does not cause anemia.

13- Drinking a little jaggery in a cup of lukewarm milk does not cause iron deficiency in the body.
