Good Afternoon Bulb Family!

Greetings, everyone!

Introduction

Hello, Bulb peeps! I hope you're all having a fantastic day. I'm doing well too, albeit with a bit of a lazy mind. Today being Friday, you all know it's biryani day. If you're from Pakistan, you'll definitely relate to this tradition. Every Friday, in every home, biryani is cooked. Unfortunately, I'm living in a hostel, so I can't enjoy homemade biryani. Fortunately, due to Jumma prayers, our nearby mosque distributes biryani after the prayers and invites everyone, whether they pray there or not.

That's how we don't miss out on this day! But it's not just about biryani; Jumma prayers are truly significant for all of us.

Now, I think it's time to delve into today's topic. But before I begin, if you haven't checked out my previous articles, I encourage you to do so.

Beauty of Rainy Weather: A Refreshing Journey

Friday: The day of biriyani

Yesterday, the night was dreadful because our electricity transformer exploded, causing electricity issues. My laptop died, and after 3 to 4 hours, our generator also failed. There was no electricity until morning. Fortunately, I had charged my mobile and power bank, but our Wi-Fi was off due to the outage. We also faced water shortages, which delayed the publication of my article. We resorted to playing card games on mobile lights since studying in the dark was impossible as our exams were practical. At around 4 am, we finally slept, and when we woke up, electricity still hadn't returned. Due to sleeping late, I woke up around 12 pm. Upon waking up, I felt relieved to see the electricity back. After bathing and completing morning rituals, I had my breakfast.

My breakfast was already cold when the mess boy brought it around 8 am. However, I was still asleep, so I ended up having breakfast much later. After eating, I tidied up my room and did some laundry. Then, I began preparing for Friday prayers. I changed into fresh clothes and headed to the mosque. After offering my prayers, I invited my friend to join me for biryani, but he declined, saying he wasn't hungry since we had just eaten before coming to the mosque. Similarly, I wasn't particularly hungry either, so we decided to skip the biryani this time. Back in my room, I decided to catch up on my incomplete series since I was on the last episode of it.

Hoping For Biriyani

Afterward, my friend suggested we resume studying, but I requested an hour's delay because I wanted to write an article first. If we started studying immediately, it would be difficult for me to focus on writing and publishing the article later. So, here I am, in the midst of writing today’s piece, nearly finished. By the way, for dinner tonight, we're hoping to have biryani in our mess. Let's see what they serve.
