The Open Ledger

I’m doing well, Steve. Thank you for asking.

The office is in order. The ledger is open on the shelf, just like you left it. We didn’t close it early. We didn’t hide any pages. Every entry is clean, every figure has a name behind it. Integrity is easier when the owner might walk in any day.

Lagos was busy but peaceful this week. We delivered on time, the client paid, and the team showed up without excuses. I handled the vendor call you flagged and sorted the small issue with inventory. Nothing big, sir. Just daily work done with daily care.

I hope you’re doing well too. I hope your heart is light and your table has food you didn’t have to rush to eat. A man who carries people deserves rest too.
