Located in the southern region of Peru, Arequipa is the capital of the province that has the same name. Arequipa is surrounded by volcanoes, so much of the city was built with sillar, a white volcanic stone, which led the city to earn the nickname “White City”.
The city has several picanterias, restaurants that serve typical local dishes, and the menu changes every day of the week. Examples of Arequipa dishes are the chupe de camarões (shrimp soup with various spices), rocoto relleno (typical Peruvian pepper that looks like bell pepper, stuffed with sauce, ground beef, and cheese), and the adobo arequipeno (pork made with chicha de jora, a corn-based fermented drink).

The revolution of cooking has evolved massively so has the methods of cooking too .Cooking has been practiced since ages. Earlier the ancient man ate only raw food, once accidently a piece of meat fell into the fire and it got roasted. The man ate the piece and liked it. Thus the process of cooking began and started evolving. Cooking food is important because it makes the food easy to digest, cooking improves the appearances flavor colour texture and taste of food, it also adds variety to the meal, cooking helps the food to stay longer and last and the most important is cooking makes the food safe. (Home science , 2014) Cooking also involves knowledge of ingredients as well as equipment, the skills and techniques also ability to plan and organize food preparation within time constraints. Not to forget the classic methods of cooking are far better as well as healthier as compare to new methods like microwave. (Home science , 2014)

The most likely theory is that there is a study on the effect of colors on human soul, where the red color tends to open the appetite while the yellow color gives a sense of happiness and familiarity with the place and people. Which cause you think of returning to the place again.
The yellow color is the brightest color in the daylight, making it easy to recognize the restaurant from a distance.
I liked the clean dining tables and the elegant uniform of the staff and the fast service.
I enjoyed my visit to the restaurant and the meal was delicious and fresh.
We ordered grilled chicken and it had a great taste. The drinks were refreshing and the bread was hot.
In addition to the information that I found on the Internet, our visit was useful in many ways.
My nephew enjoyed the game area a lot, and I liked their separation of games according to age and size. The restaurant was very cautious about safety and security standards in the gaming area and the use of child-friendly materials.
The experience of the restaurant has pleased me, I will return with my friends and family to enjoy the family calm atmosphere, beautiful decor and delicious food.

In a restaurant-packed town like New Orleans, hotel venues need to work a little harder to win over locals.
Gabriel Charpentier accepted that challenge in May when he was named chef de cuisine of The Grill Room, the signature restaurant of the Windsor Court Hotel in the city’s business district, which recently completed a $22-million renovation.
Charpentier knows his way around hotel food and beverage. He served previously as chef de cuisine at Jill’s Restaurant and Bistro at the St. Julien Hotel and Spa in Boulder, Colo. Before that, he was chef de cuisine at Willow Creek Restaurant in Evergreen, Colo. He also trained under French chef Benoit Vidal and New York chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
In September, Charpentier is planning a revamp of food at The Grill Room. He’s experimenting with blind tasting menus, in which Charpentier concocts five courses on the spot based on an individual diner’s tastes, making for a truly personalized experience. It’s an idea sometimes seen in tiny, intimate venues with a handful of seats, but rarely in a 70-seat hotel restaurant.
