Pain in my whole Body: Not bearable.

Let's delve into a trend in gaming.

Let's rewind a few years back when I was incredibly active. During my college days, I was deeply involved in sports. I enthusiastically participated in every sporting event organized by the college. Cricket and football held a special place in my heart. Speaking of cricket, my passion for it ignited during my childhood. Every day, we transformed the vast fields surrounding our village into cricket stadiums. My neighbors and friends would gather, and together, we'd indulge in spirited matches.

I was extremely active during my childhood, largely because I didn't own a mobile phone. At that age, my parents prohibited me from using one, so I immersed myself in outdoor activities with friends. I recall spending entire days playing cricket without even returning home, much to my mother's chagrin, who would reprimand me daily for neglecting my household duties. Even during scorching summers, our fervor for the game remained unyielding.
Now, you can gauge the depth of my cricket obsession.

Speaking of football, it holds a special place in my heart, although I must confess, I lack the skills to play the game myself. Despite numerous attempts to join in with my friends, I've never quite grasped the techniques required to excel in the sport. Perhaps my body isn't suited for it, lacking the necessary flexibility and speed in my feet. Nevertheless, my passion for football remains unwavering. I derive immense joy from watching the game, especially on television. Ronaldo, Messi, and Neymar are among my favorite players, admired for their remarkable skills and abilities.

Busy Routine Started.

Upon entering college, my schedule became incredibly hectic. Mornings were dedicated to attending classes, while evenings were consumed by tutoring sessions. This demanding routine left little time for leisure activities, causing me to drift apart from my friends and abandon sports like cricket.

Despite participating in occasional college sporting events, my involvement was minimal. Even my regular jogging sessions fell by the wayside. During my college days, I secretly joined a gym against my parents' wishes, as they preferred I exercise at home. However, my enthusiasm waned after just two months, and I abandoned the gym altogether. Subsequently, I settled into a routine devoid of physical activity, as my focus shifted to adapting to university life in Lahore, Pakistan.

Upon securing admission to the university, I found accommodation in a hostel conveniently located just steps away from the campus gate. Consequently, my routine consisted of attending classes and retreating to my hostel room without engaging in any form of exercise or physical activity.

As you all know, following the Covid pandemic, there was a strict lockdown, confining us to our homes. During this time, I spent my days mostly lying in bed, refraining from going out, even for errands. However, yesterday, I decided to start walking again after noticing some weight gain. It was my first attempt after a long break, and I managed to walk 2 or 3 kilometers. Upon returning home, I found myself experiencing intense discomfort. My entire body ached, especially my back and legs. Despite the pain, I persisted, but the next day, the discomfort had lessened.

Ending Thoughts

Although I sought relief through a massage from my mother, the pain persisted in my stomach, back, and legs. Nevertheless, I remained determined to continue walking. Today's walk was less painful, giving me hope for a speedy recovery.
