As we grow daily we may tend to get scared of a whole lot of things. Below are some tips to overcome your fears

Take time out:

Thinking of a solution needs a clear head for that to be possible. And for Us to be able to do that we must try as much as possible out time to relax our nerves. Find something distracting and do, like taking a stroll or having a cup of hot beverage, or even taking a bath.

Breathe through Panic:

When in a panic situation, it is better not to fight it, but rather try to handle it in a more subtle. Breathing deeply works perfectly when in a situation of panic, just placing the palm on the tummy and breathing works well. This is intended to help the mind get acquainted with coping in situations of panic, which in turn helps Us handle fear.

Face your fears:

Running from our fears just makes them get scarier by the day. But when we are able to attack our fears with all manner of courage, they become less fearful, and most times what we thought was so fearful, was probably not as huge as we made it seem.

Imagine the worst:

By being prepaid for the worst it becomes impossible for us to be taken unawares. So by being prepared for the worst thing that could possibly happen, we gradually become immune to it if it eventually happens.

Look at the Evidence:

Some of the things people get acred of are things that may not even happen, so by looking out for the evidence of things happening, you check out what could possibly make the thing you are scared of to happen. And you may end up realizing you were just scared of something that would never happen.

Don't try to be perfect:

Tryng to be perfect is expecting our lives to be without stresses and setbacks, which is nearly impossible. So we must condittion our mind to know that no matter what happens, life cant be totally perfect.

Visualize a happy place:

Thinking of a happy momeent may help us in times where we are being fearful. We could use this to help us stay calm and relax in times of turbulence and storms.

Talk about  it:

There is a saying that goes 'a problem shared is a problem half solved', by sharing our fears with someone, they become less scary.

Reward yourself:

When you are able to scale through a fearful situation, do welll to reward yourself.
