With advancements in technology and a better understanding of meteorological processes, scientists are discovering new methods to control the weather.

Instead of being at the mercy of nature, projects are being developed to induce rainfall, remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, and prevent extreme events like hurricanes and flooding. The reasons for weather manipulation can range from convenience to necessity.

My personal opinion is one of worry given that I do not trust any government has the best intentions of their people or of the planet. This could well be another weapon they will use to control us. Only time will tell.
