What is it you want? Is it realistic?

Hey you, what do you want? Are you sleeping all day and expecting something different from life? I know things don’t work that way, and I know you know too. You know you have to put in the work. I bet you knew that too, but life’s been unbearable, or you don’t feel motivated to move on. I get you, I really do.

Here’s the thing, if you really need motivation to do stuff, you’ll be stuck. What happens when you run low on motivation? When you’ve listened to all Andre Tate’s videos and all the playlists on Spotify? I think I can help with that. Here are the few things you need:

1: Break it into tiny bits: what do you want? Break it into tiny bits. Jordan once said you need 10,000 hours of practice to become a pro. What do you want to be? Where do you see yourself in the next five years? Break it down, figure out what you can do daily.

2: Discipline: You don’t need motivation. You need discipline. The best way to build good discipline is by creating new habits, and good ones too. Start your day early. Set your alarm for 5 am. Pray! Workout! If you can’t, begin your day early! there’s a joy when you’ve accomplished 40% of your day by 10am. It’s pure bliss.
