Cüneyt Arkın, born as Fahrettin Cüreklibatur in 1937 in Horasan, a town in Erzurum, Turkey. He began his cinema career in 1952 with the film "Çete" (The Gang). He was known as the "First Secret Agent of Turkish Cinema" at the time and later became one of the most famous action stars in Turkish cinema. Recognized for his action movies, fight scenes, and heroic roles, Cüneyt Arkın is regarded as a legendary figure in Turkish cinema. Throughout his career, he appeared in around 300 films and gained numerous fans.


Cüneyt Arkın is also a businessman. In the 1980s, he established his own film company under the name "Cüneyt Arkın Filmcilik" and produced many films through this company. Additionally, he has a keen interest in sports and has achieved rankings in martial arts. Leading an active life, Cüneyt Arkın has also been involved in social responsibility projects alongside his cinema career.
