Earlier it was seen that I bought 7-8 kg of hilsa fish from Fishery Ghat. However, this year the Fishery Ghat has not reached yet. Actually hilsa fish is not available like before. So did not go. But I might go to buy hilsa in the next season. But let's see what happens. In fact, there is a season for hilsa fish and only at that time, hilsa fish is available, but it is not available during the rest of the time. Hilsa fish is not available in the market every day. On the day when you see the hilsa season, all around will be full of hilsa fish. And if you go at that time, you can find fresh and fresh hilsa fish. If not, there may be frozen hilsa fish in the market.

In fact, the hilsa fish is so tasty. However, those who have tasted real hilsa fish will not like eating all kinds of hilsa fish. There are actually differences between Hilsa fish. The hilsa of the river is the most sacred. The test of river hilsa fish is higher than sea hilsa fish. But the problem is that the hilsa of this river is not available everywhere. River hilsa is less available especially in urban areas. The most famous hilsa in Bangladesh is Chandpure hilsa. Also Padma river hilsa.

For many, it may be difficult to recognize which is river hilsa and which is sea hilsa, but they regularly buy hilsa fish, but they do not find it difficult to recognize it. Since I buy a lot of hilsa fish, I can roughly understand which is river hilsa and which is sea hilsa. The easiest way to identify river hilsa is that the hilsa will be very shiny and beautiful and will be a little tall and flat, round in nature. And those that are a bit long and thin are usually hilsa in the sea and the tests of that hilsa are relatively less.

However, today, I got up early and went to the market to buy hilsa fish. In fact, I was too late to go to the market, so the good fish did not fall into luck. Those fishes that everyone has seen and heard are left behind. I bought the favorite fish from it. And with a lot of faces. If the hilsa fish is not raw or raw, it should not freeze.
