Do 5 yoga poses to get relief from cervical pain


Yoga for Cervical Pain: People who work for hours sitting in the same posture on computer or laptop often complain of pain in the back of the neck. Which sometimes reaches the shoulders and hands as well. This is called cervical pain. Most of the working professionals are a victim of this pen nowadays. Apart from laptop, computer, too much use of mobile can also cause cervical problems. Yoga asanas to get relief from bicycle pain

1. Bhujangasana

Bhujangasana is a very effective asana in providing relief from cervical pain. For this, lie down on your stomach, keep both the palms near your chest. Inhaling slowly, raise the upper body upwards with the help of the palms. Keep the elbow straight. Try to move the neck back as far as you can. Remain in this pose for some time. Now come down while exhaling. Along with cervical pain, Bhujangasan also removes the problem of belly fat and double chin. Also gives relief from stress.


2. Balasana

Regular practice of Balasana is also effective in relieving cervical pain. For this, sit in the posture of Vajrasana. While inhaling, raise both the hands upwards. Now while exhaling slowly, bend forward. Touch the head to the ground. Stay in this pose for a while. Then sit back in Vrajasana. Repeat this asana at least 5 to 7 times.


3. Margery Asan

Margari asana is also very beneficial for cervical patients. This leads to good stretching of the neck, back and waist. To do Marjari Asana, come on your hands and feet. While inhaling raise the head up. Press the waist down and take the hips out. Practice this also 5-7 times.


4. Dhanurasana

The practice of Dhanurasana will give relief from many problems at once. On one hand, where it gives relief from cervical pain, on the other hand, it removes belly fat. To do Dhanurasana, lie down on your stomach. Bend the legs and hold them with the hands. Now while breathing, pull the feet with the hands, this will raise the upper body. Stay in this position for as long as you can, then slowly come down while exhaling. Have to do this 3 to 5 times.

5. Makarasana

Makarasan also gives relief from cervical pain. For this, lie down on your stomach and keep both the elbows on the ground. Now put your chin on both the hands, raise the head and shoulders. Keep breathing and exhaling slowly. Close your eyes and concentrate and leave the body loose.
