After 10 months of development, Immutable zkEVM has opened its mainnet for some partners and game studios to experience. Immutable zkEVM utilizes zk-rollup technology to be compatible with Ethereum applications, inheriting the security features of the ETH network while offering superior advantages tailored specifically for gaming, such as:

Fast transactions

Currently, only a few game studios and partners can deploy smart contracts on the chain. Immutable zkEVM is expected to open its mainnet to the public in the coming weeks.

According to the project team, several prominent games are poised to be launched on Immutable zkEVM, including Guild of Guardians, Metalcore, Shardbound, Treeverse, Cool Cats, BADMAD Robots, Space Nation, Eyeball Games, and Imaginary Ones.
