To start we need PRYZM faucet tokens, you'll get them here:

In testnet, we'll:

- Swap
- Provide LP
- Delegate
- Liquid stake (LS)
- Swap LS tokens
- Stake LSTs

1. Swap

After successfully claiming your tokens on faucet, you'll have PRYZM and USDC faucet tokens in your wallet, click on the swap button to swap


2. Provide liquidity
Here I provided PRYZM/USDC liquidity

3. Delegate
Delegate PRYZM to any validator of your choice, to do this, click the "governance" button


4. Liquid stake
Click on "bond" button to liquid stake.
Currently only two tokens are supported here: atom and Luna
We'll go to swap, swap some usdc to atom and back to "bond" page


5. Swap liquid staked tokens (LSTs)
To do this, you click on "rate", here you swap between liquid staked tokens.
I swapped from cATOM to pATOM, you can do the same as well


6. Stake LSTs
Click on "stake", stake pATOM, the asset we swapped to in step 5
